    2 Lessons in , , ,

The following course is designed to challenge your general notions of operating a DeMolay Chapter and steering it toward success. Here, we will not discuss general mechanics of operating a Chapter as those topics are covered elsewhere, but rather we will entertain a discussion of the theory behind building a sustainable and vibrant Chapter. In this course you will consider challenging questions such as at what point in a Chapter's development is it beneficial to engage in large scale membership recruitment, transferring "ownership" from Advisors to Members, or when to institute a Big Brother Program. Whether your Chapter is struggling or thriving, this course will help you understand the psychology behind successful Chapters and how to maintain success through multiple DeMolay generations.
